I ordered ear studs from Chris in 4 different colors, for the remains of my wife. They all look amazing. The colors come out very nicely while the ashes are subtle but clearly visible. They look good on both me, an adult man, and my 6 year old daughter.

Finding Sands of Time was a huge blessing. Our daughter was tragically killed by a drunk driver. She leaves behind her precious son. We ordered a fingerprint tag for him. The fingerprint image we provided was extremely poor quality, but it was all we had. The finished product was so exquisite, you would never have known the original image was so compromised. It is absolutely her print. When the fingerprint tag arrived, it came with a personal note from the artist sharing their story of losing their mother. There was a connection and appreciation. This kind of understanding is invaluable. We also had 30 Heaven Drops made with a small amount of her ashes. I thought I knew what they would look like from the photos on their webiste, but when the Heaven Drops arrived, they were much larger and more beautiful than imagined. There is a loop on each one for a tie or chain. Very sturdy and gorgeous. Communication was excellent and the artistry is wonderful.

I struggled to find a way to "keep" my parents with me and honor their wishes to not be placed in a cemetery, buried or otherwise held after receiving their ashes from the medical school they donated their bodies too. Sands of Time provided me exactly what my heart needed. I ordered the combined ashes artwork with both my parents and two bullet toppers of my dad using the bullets from his memorial service (Veterans get the gun salute - family gets the casings). My mom actually picked out a few options before she passed from their website. Hard conversation but so glad we had it made my decision a little easier. My dad would think the bullet casings were just right for him. At the hardest point emotionally in settling my parents' estate Sands of Time made it easier, - I am forever grateful for their compassion.

In May of 2022 our house burned down. Our daughter was home alone and fortunately made it alive. However she lost her two guinea pigs and a family dog. We collected ash from the fire and Chris made it into a beautiful heart for her. When she opened the box, she was instantly filled with tears. It was so beautiful! My brother was a Lieutenant Commander Flight Navigator in the Navy and proudly served our country for 16 years. We are laying him to rest at Miramar National Cemetery in October and I wanted to honor him with the anchor pendant. What a gifted artist Chris is. He truly understands all kinds of grief. We lost our beloved dog Buddy of 15 1/2 years this past October. He took the fur and crafted a beautiful heart stone that has become a treasure. When I saw the picture of it on FB I was thrilled.
