Do Sand Dollars expire?

No. Your Sand Dollars never expire, so you can take your time saving toward the reward that feels right for you.

Can Sand Dollars from different orders be combined?

Yes. Sand Dollars earned from different purchases accumulate in your registered Sands of Time account and continue adding to your balance.

Do I need a Sands of Time account?

Yes. Your customer account allows Sands of Time to track and save your Sand Dollar balance. Creating an account also earns you 100 Sand Dollars.

Can I turn Sand Dollars into cash or store credit?

No. Sand Dollars are redeemed for designated Sand Dollar Rewards rather than converted into cash or general store credit.

How do I redeem a Sand Dollar Reward?

Sign in to your Sands of Time account and visit your rewards area. Once your balance reaches the required amount, you can select an available reward and complete the associated reward order.
