Sands of Time was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch—they answered every question promptly and with so much compassion, while explaining each step of the process clearly. You can tell they take what they do very seriously and treat your loved one’s ashes with the utmost care and respect. Robert K. created a vase using my dad’s ashes, and I was completely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. I truly couldn’t be happier with it! I sent extra ashes because I was worried I wouldn’t send enough, and I really appreciate that they keep the remaining ashes for 90 days in case you decide to have another piece made. That was a smart choice, because as soon as I opened the vase, I was already planning what color I wanted for the next one! They let me know the process could take up to four weeks, so it was such a wonderful surprise to find it on my doorstep just two and a half weeks after they received my dad’s ashes. I can’t recommend Sands of Time enough!

I ordered two of the heaven drop pendants and they both turned out uniquely beautiful, the ashes almost look like a flower encased in glass. I was impressed with how quickly they were made and sent out, the whole process (from me shipping the ashes out to receiving the pendants) took less than 10 days! I’m sure that bigger orders or busier times may take longer, but I was pleasantly surprised to recieve them so quickly. Thank you very much, it’s such a comfort to be able to carry a piece of my loved one with me and I will absolutely use this business again in the future!

This company is freaking amazing and do great works of art! My Grandpa/Dad passed a year ago & all they've done for us is.... well beyond words. The song they created for me is amazing, heart-warming, touching and a memorial I'll treasure forever. From me sending them a few paragraphs about me and my boys and telling them they could use whatever genre and voice and create the song to the song that was created made me speechless and brought me and many others to tears. And the turn around time was quick. I highly recommend them for your song creation. I wish they had this service when my boys went ahead of me. I've also had them make me a necklace from my sons ashes and I recommend them for all your special memorial needs. This worry stone was made with her cat Stubby hair( he passed in July 2024) and her dog Mackson hair (passed 7 months ago) . Elise died 4 years ago and I kept her babies. When she called them to her, I now have this gorgeous worry stone to remember them and have them with her glass orb of cremains. It is more beautiful than I expected and in her IOWA HAWKEYE COLORS. My mom passed away on Dec 27, 2023.. I was looking for something special to do with some of her ashes.. I came across Sands of Time..everything I saw was beautiful.. I ended up getting a ring made by Dennis Y with my moms favorite color stones.. it was really quick only took just a couple of weeks.. I got the ring and it was so beautiful and I cried.. so well made and gorgeous.. the company it’s self is amazing.. they helped me thru the whole process, they responds very quickly either by phone or email..love this company so much and trust them with my moms ashes that I’m getting something else made.. if you looking to have anything done with a loved ones ashes I highly recommend Update: I came back and purchased the Christmas ornament since Christmas was her favorite holiday..Chris, thank you so much for your help and thank you Nathan for the incredible work of art

I searched for a company that could do exactly what I wanted with my Sweet Godly husband's cremation remains. When I spoke to Chris Santora by phone I could sense in my Spirit that he was genuine, sincere and compassionate about his job and company. That did it for me. He had told me once they received my husband's remains that the artist that would be working on my ring would probably take 8 weeks. I told him I was fine with that becuase he passed January 21st, 2023 and it took me this long to search for a company and I didn't mind waiting. I received my ring Monday May 20th, 2024. It is beyond what I expected. The workmanship is More Beautiful than the picture I saw. I am So BLESSED to have dealt with this company and will recommend them to ALL that I come in contact with and anyone that reads this.

A mom never imagines losing their child, yet I lost my daughter to a drunk driver. It has been a very difficult year for many family members and her friends. One thing of comfort that we could give to those closest to her was a Heaven Drop, made by Sands of Time / Chris Santora. His work is exquisite. The Heaven Drops were larger in size and more incredible than I imagined. We ordered 30 and everyone who has one wears it on a necklace. I often get comments on how beautiful the drop is and that makes me smile... our daughter's beauty is still seen. We also had a dog tag made for our grandson, her son. It is of her fingerprint. Ashley was able to create a perfect piece of jewelry and our grandson wears it every day. Our daughter's nickname for her son is engraved on the back. Finding Sands of Time was a huge blessing. Our daughter was tragically killed by a drunk driver. She leaves behind her precious son. We ordered a fingerprint tag for him. The fingerprint image we provided was extremely poor quality, but it was all we had. The finished product was so exquisite, you would never have known the original image was so compromised. It is absolutely her print. When the fingerprint tag arrived, it came with a personal note from the artist sharing their story of losing their mother. There was a connection and appreciation. This kind of understanding is invaluable. We also had 30 Heaven Drops made with a small amount of her ashes. I thought I knew what they would look like from the photos on their webiste, but when the Heaven Drops arrived, they were much larger and more beautiful than imagined. There is a loop on each one for a tie or chain. Very sturdy and gorgeous. Communication was excellent and the artistry is wonderful.
