Bryan’s journey with glass began at McDermott Glass Studio in Sandwich, Massachusetts, in 2004, where he undertook a rigorous apprenticeship under the tutelage of David McDermott and Yukimi Matsumoto. That experience proved pivotal in shaping his skill and passion for the craft.
In 2006, he embarked on his lampworking career by crafting small figurines for the Sandwich Glass Museum. While primarily self taught, Bryan has continued expanding his horizons through training with esteemed artists such as Milon Townsend and Sally Prasch.
His work has earned recognition in galleries nationwide, including The Corning Museum of Glass, and he brings that same level of care, precision, and artistry into every memorial he creates.
