How to Send the Ashes

Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
If you are sending your own guitar string, place it in a separate small bag or envelope and label it with your name and phone number.
Clearly write your name and telephone number on the ash bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
Use the USPS Small Cremated Remains Shipping Kit, these kits are free and can be ordered online.

The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Pack the bagged ashes and any guitar string material securely inside the kit following the included instructions.
Bring the package to the post office counter, please do not place it in a drop box.
Keep your receipt and tracking number. Our artists will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped from their studio.
