This Hawaiian Koa wood urn necklace features a hand-turned wooden exterior over a black stainless steel core. The pendant holds ashes in a small threaded chamber that’s accessed by unscrewing the black metal top. Each piece is shaped individually on a lathe, so grain patterns and wood tones vary naturally. The compact design keeps it lightweight for everyday wear. Also available as a keychain.

How it’s made
Each pendant begins with a small square block of wood. The block is drilled and placed on a wood lathe where it is hand-turned to its final shape. A hard, durable, water-resistant finish is applied, and the turned piece is fitted to a stainless steel core.

How to Fill & Care for Your Pendant
To fill the pendant, use a small funnel or create one from a folded piece of paper or note card. A toothpick or similar tool can help gently guide the ashes into the chamber.

For a permanent seal, apply a small drop of superglue to the threads before securing the cap.

The wood is protected by a durable, water-resistant finish designed to last with proper care. This pendant is not waterproof and should not be worn while swimming or showering.
