Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.

Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.

The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Pack the bagged ashes securely inside the kit following the included instructions.

Questions About Glass Cremation Pendants
Cremation ashes are added to glass cremation pendants by incorporating a small amount of ash into the molten or softened glass during the glassmaking process. As the pendant is formed, the ashes are fused into the glass and permanently sealed inside the finished piece.
Most glass cremation necklaces require about ¼ teaspoon of cremation ash per pendant or item. Only a small amount is needed to create the memorial glass.
Glass cremation necklaces and urn necklaces both preserve cremation ashes, but they are made differently. A glass cremation necklace has ashes sealed into the glass during the creation process, while an urn necklace usually has a small hollow chamber that holds loose ashes.
