These nautical-inspired paperweights are a fusion of oceanic beauty and cherished memories. They feature a kelp-like swirl of color mixed with your loved one’s ashes; all encased inside a heavy, clear glass paperweight. Throughout the artwork, the ashes appear as sand flowing alongside the majestic kelp. This free-standing paperweight is made with a flat bottom, but an optional engraved base may be added from the drop-down menu.

How to Send the Ashes

Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
Use the USPS Small Cremated Remains Shipping Kit, these kits are free and can be ordered online.
Order your free USPS kit →
The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Pack the bagged ashes securely inside the kit following the included instructions.
Bring the package to the post office counter, please do not place it in a drop box.
Keep your receipt and tracking number. Our artists will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped from their studio.

Show a quick packing checklist
