These original memorial clocks are a unique way to remember a loved one. Each handmade surfboard is created by infusing your loved one’s ashes into the sand during the creation process. If you’d like to include your own seashells and sand, our artist can incorporate your pre-owned small seashells (1” or smaller) into your piece. If sending seashells, please ensure they are securely packaged for shipping.
Kat creates each memorial using high-quality epoxy and real sand collected from the beaches of Florida. A small amount of cremation ash is carefully mixed into the sand, along with hand-picked shells chosen for their natural beauty and texture. The piece is then built in layers, finished with epoxy waves that create depth and movement. Each layer requires approximately 24 hours to cure before the next is added, resulting in a thoughtfully crafted memorial inspired by the calm and rhythm of the ocean.
