Tip: make sure the name on your shipment matches the name used at checkout, so the artist can easily identify your package.

How to Send the Hair or Fur
  1. Place the hair or fur in two small, tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
  2. Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
  3. Place the sealed bags inside a padded envelope or small box.
  4. Ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.
  5. Bring the package to a staffed shipping location, not a drop box.
  6. Keep your receipt and tracking number. Our artist will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped.
Show a quick packing checklist
  • Hair or fur should be sealed in two Ziplock bags.
  • Include your name and phone number inside the package.
  • Make sure the name matches your order.
  • Use the address shown on the product listing under “Where to Send the Hair or Fur.”
