How it’s made

Heaven Drops are created using clear borosilicate glass (also known as Pyrex) and a bench torch. A gather of clear, molten glass is carefully dipped into a small amount of cremation ash. That gather is then fully encased in a heavy layer of clear glass using a scientific glassblowing technique often called imploding. This process permanently seals the ashes inside the glass, creating a simple, transparent form where the ashes themselves remain the focus.

How to Send the Ashes

Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
Use the USPS Small Cremated Remains Shipping Kit, these kits are free and can be ordered online.

The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Pack the bagged ashes securely inside the kit following the included instructions.
Bring the package to the post office counter, please do not place it in a drop box.
Keep your receipt and tracking number. Our artists will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped from their studio.
