This glass cremation touchstone is made with your loved one or pet’s ashes permanently sealed inside, with smooth raised bubbles across the surface. The bubbles give your fingers something to trace and focus on – a gentle, satisfying texture that helps ground you when you’re holding it.

The bubbles also magnify the ashes underneath, so you can see them more clearly through the glass. Carry it in your pocket or purse, or hold it when you need something calming in your hand.

How it’s made

Each piece is carefully flameworked by hand on the torch in Greg’s own glassblowing studio. After screening out the finest ash for each encasement, Greg uses borosilicate colored glass to achieve stunning optical effects that allow you to see the encased ashes through the layers of glass.

Tip: make sure the name on your shipment matches the name used at checkout, so the artist can easily identify your package.

How to Send the Ashes

Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
Use the USPS Small Cremated Remains Shipping Kit, these kits are free and can be ordered online.

The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Pack the bagged ashes securely inside the kit following the included instructions.
Bring the package to the post office counter, please do not place it in a drop box.
Keep your receipt and tracking number. Our artists will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped from their studio.

Show a quick packing checklist
