This glass heart memorial paperweight is handcrafted with your loved one or pet’s cremation ashes permanently encased in glass. The ashes create soft cloudy patterns around a sculpted flower at the center. Each petal is formed by hand in the flame, creating detail and depth inside the heart shape.

Available in a range of colors. The glass paperweight has weight to it, something you can hold or display on a coffee table, shelf, or desk. When light passes through it, the colors come alive.

How it’s made
When creating memorial pieces I carefully work cremation ash into molten glass, sealing it within layers of color and form. The process transforms fragile elements into something lasting, each piece unique, hand shaped, and made with care. For me this work is about more than glassblowing; it is about honoring memory and giving families something meaningful to hold onto.

Tip: make sure the name on your shipment matches the name used at checkout, so the artist can easily identify your package.

How to Send the Ashes
  1. Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
  2. Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker, or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
  3. Use the USPS Small Cremated Remains Shipping Kit, these kits are free and can be ordered online.

  4. The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Pack the bagged ashes securely inside the kit following the included instructions.
  5. Bring the package to the post office counter, please do not place it in a drop box.
  6. Keep your receipt and tracking number. Our artists will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped from their studio.
Show a quick packing checklist
