How do I send the ashes?
Here is the simple, safe way to send ashes for your order:
Place the required amount of ashes in two tightly sealed Ziplock bags.
Clearly write your name and telephone number on the bag using permanent marker,
or place a small card with your name and phone number inside the bag.
Use the USPS Small Cremated Remains Shipping Kit, these kits are free and can be ordered online.

The USPS requires cremated remains be shipped using Priority Mail Express.
Pack the bagged ashes securely inside the kit following the included instructions.
Bring the package to the post office counter, please do not place it in a drop box.
Keep your receipt and tracking number.
Our artists will also send tracking when your memorial is shipped from their studio.
